Punto strategico e molto accogliente
10.0Appartamento situato in ottima posizione, sia vicino al parcheggio che al centro. La signora si è rivelata molto accogliente dandoci anche alcuni suggerimenti. La stanza adeguata con anche aria condizionata. Molto bello il cortile interno

8.0Помешкання легко знайти за вказівними знаками. Нас заселили не о 15.00 а раніше . Ми бронювали номер з міні кухнею, посуд для вживання їжі був, а от для приготування їжі є тільки маленька кострулька , електрочайник. Нам дозволи речі поставити до вечора у дворі. Вайфай гарний.
− Перепрошую за такий відгук, але я була засмучена, що на кухні не було посуду для приготування їжі, в холодильнику їжа замерзала так як не було дверцят на морозилці( Мило у ванній було дуже малим обʼємом і нам не вистачило на перебування. У дворі є стіл щоб поїсти але там постійно хтось курив і ми не могли там харчуватись. Почитавши милі відгуки про бабусю яка наглядає за територією , не думала що на мене вона справить інше враженння. Будьте готові до запаху ладану у дворі вранці який запалюватиме бабуся, через це каву я не могла попити вранці у дворі через стійкий запах . А ввечері заснути через чиїсь гучні розмови у дворі за столом. Шумоізоляція теж на поганому рівні( Все це справило негарне враження про це помешкання. Великий плюс з цього що ми брали з собою сніданок та обід і з 8 ранку до пізнього вечора проводила на пляжі біля моря.

8.0Very quiet location. The cool shady courtyard was great for hanging out washing & sitting & having a G&T! Comfortable bed, clean. Great air con - worked well & was quiet. Beds were made every day & clean towels every couple of days which was unexpected.
− No wardrobe space to hang long dresses & trousers. No hook on the wall for the shower head - had to be hand held. The fridge had a little freezer but there was no ice tray. The kitchen area was so tiny there was no draining area. All These are all minor things but would have improved our rating.
Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location
9.0This was the second part of our holiday in Rhodes - after our stay in Rhodes Old Town we arrived here by bus- we asked if we could leave our bags early as we were arriving at 1pm and were allowed to actually check in as our apartment was ready.The apartment was beautiful - we had the one bedroom apartment with kitchenette and large balcony with views right over the town, bay and acropolis - exactly as in the photos. Very spacious, air conditioning worked a treat, bed was comfy. Kitchen seemed well equipped but we didn't use it that much. Close to supermarket, shops, and all the attractions. Our bus home wasn't until 2pm but we were able to leave our luggage while we had a last wee wander - Wish we had more time to spend in Lindos - it was amazing and would 100% recommend Villa Zinovia!
− the only thing was the wifi didn't work very well inside the apartment - can't fault anything else!

10.0Все було чудово . У нас на двох, був самий маленький номер . Але , нам його вистачило . Вода тепла була весь час . В оселі був холодильник, чайник . Звісно не вистачало маленької плитки, щоб можливо було щось приготувати . Але все чисто , кондиціонер працював . Зіновія , дуже приємна жінка , яка у всьому допомагала . До пляжу метрів 600. До всіх закладів пару хвилин ходу . З ранку якщо прокинутися , можна побачити на скелях кіз ))ми дуже задоволенні , що обрали саме житло .

9.0We really enjoyed our stay. The courtyard was very cozy and relaxing, and our room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. If anything was missing, Ms.Zinovia was always there to help and was very kind and responsive. The location is very convenient, especially considering that Lindos is a small town—only about a 6-minute walk to the beach. Our double room looked just like in the photos. We would definitely recommend staying here!
