Fantastic location in the heart of Agios Stefanos. The apartment was very clean and spacious and great value. It was nice to have two bathrooms and two balconies to dry towels and beachwear and sit out for a drink in the evening. A cleaner came twice during our stay which was great, except we did not know to expect her and got a surprise when she let herself in!

− Furniture and decor was dated, but that is reflected in the price. There is too much furniture in the apartment, in particular in the living area, which had two sofas and two day beds taking up far too much space and making it feel a bit like a youth hostel. Facilities were a little basic and a few small touches would have gone a long way to improving our stay: unlike most self-catering apartments I have stayed at there was no bottle of water in the fridge, no tea or coffee provided, no salt or pepper, oil or vinegar, and only one roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom (for a week-long stay). The apartment did have a washing machine but no detergent was provided (surely other guests have bought some - has this been removed by the hosts?). No toiletries were provided and there was no hand soap in the second bathroom. The laundry rack on the balcony had only six clothes pegs, was broken and in need of repair and no beach umbrellas or towels were provided. I suggest the hosts put a bit more thought and effort into improving the guest experience and, if necessary, recoup the cost of any investment by charging a little extra per night.

Near beach and shops

− Beds were very uncomfortable and there were 2 sofas, a 2 seater and the 3 seater sofa bed which was so broken we couldn't use that sofa at all not great when theres 3 of you.

Fay apartment was truly amazing. When we did venture inside the apartment, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was so restful to stay on the balcony at night. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the center of everything: beach, supermarket, as well as restaurants, and tavernas. The agents were so contactable and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay there. We plan to return in the near future.
