10.0Very cozy apartment with just 20m from the sea. Good equipment in the kitchen and comfortable beds.
− Need little bit of refreshment and small fixes in the house.

5.0It was close to the beach with a nice terrace.
− Upon our arrival, we were met by a man who seated us and asked to take a photo of my ID, which I did not agree to. A lighting chip is installed in the apartment, and when you remove it, the refrigerator also stops working. We told about the problem and they fixed it, but it was not pleasant. The showers in the bathroom are fixed low, it is not comfortable for bathing.
Stay away from this property.
1.0There was nothing about this property that we liked. We had to leave the property the moment we entered it. So, I cannot really say that there was anything that we liked.
− We have arrived on Aug 29, evening. The owner's representative (lives in the neighborhood) gave us the keys. The moment we entered the property we experienced unbearable smell of chemicals and mold. The place was probably flooded recently. The toilets were dirty and there was a strong smell of septic tank out of them. Both living rooms are in the basement. The sofa in the living room on the main floor was full of stains. The place was in such a bad shape that we refused to stay in it and found another accommodation in the neighborhood (luckily Aug 29 is not the peak of the season). We contacted the owner via booking message center to voice our dissatisfaction but she refused to discuss any kind of refund with us. Beware and stay away from this place. I have booked about 15 property through booking.com, but never had any kind of experience like this.
