− Prostor u objektu je neverovatno mali, nema više od 9m² sa sve WC-om. Jedva je prostora za bračni krevet a kamoli za 3 kreveta. U smeštaju metla obična nema, prostor za tuš je 55x55, zavesa za tuš je 40cm kraća tako da voda po kupatilu ide, ne moẓ̌e da se pokupi, a I cela je od buđi. U kupatilu slivnik koji nema funkciju jer voda ide samo okolo njega.Prozor na kip u wc gleda na smeṣ̌taj od ljudi do nas, stvarno sramota. Aspirator radi kao usisivač "Sloboda" Smeštaj ne vredi ovaj novac koji je dat. Ovaj "apartman" vredi samo kao hostel za prenoćište, i to u najboljem slučaju. Jedino što klima i friẓ̌ider rade...

− Extremely miserable and would say unhealthy conditions! Bugs in the drawers, dusty floor, ruined parts of the kitchenette and scary bathroom. I checked in with my family on the 5th of June a few minutes after 12:00. I had instructions where is my key for the room and etc. I'll attach photos of the way we found the "prepared" room bellow.  First of all, extremely miserable conditions for a family with a one year old baby! This is even a filter so everyone knew that there will be a baby staying. There were also no essentials anywhere.  After we entered I took her shoes off. I'm really sorry I didn't make pics of her dirty black feed! But I have for the rest of what I saw. Second - there were bugs flying from one of the drawers wich I attach photos of. There are dead insects inside and other trashy stuff.  Another "inconvenience" - beachfront?! At least a kilometer away from the beach! You can check it on the map. It's on the main road where it is also extremely noisy even with windows closed.  After I cancelled my reservation I called Maria,  wich is the contact I had from Booking,  to inform her that it's completely unacceptable place to stay with a child and we are leaving. That was a few minutes after 1pm and you can check it as well.  In this hour I was busy to find another place. We were all staying at the balcony  because I wouldn't let my daughter in rhe room. Later I received a message that my stay was cancelled from their side so they could charge me more. I was blocked and still trying to receive my money back by the customer support.

Cockroaches and stench

− Every day we found cockroaches in the apartment. I reported the issue and received the cockroach killer, but it didn’t solve the problem because cockroaches were still everywhere every single day. This is disgusting and creates an unhealthy environment! Unbearable stench is emanating from the floor drain in the bathroom and there's no slope in the floor, so the water stays. The apartments is on a noisy main road where buses, trucks, noisy mopeds, and so on are constantly passing by. This is not a family studio as advertised! It was very uncomfortable with 2 children. The space is only suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The balconies are very close to each other, so close that the neighbors can see into your mouth. It might be a good idea to install a partition wall to create some privacy and block the view.
