7.0Struttura centralissima perfetta, tranne per un po’ di casino la sera. È piccola quindi consiglio massimo 3/4 notti.
− L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato non ricevere molta assistenza. Appena siamo arrivate avevo comunicato l’orario di arrivo ma ci hanno lasciato fuori con i bagagli senza nessuna indicazione e senza rispondere al telefono. Ci hanno poi mandato all’hotel affiliato ma pieno di scale sotto al sole andata e ritorno senza un aiuto non l’ho trovato corretto.

8.0Comfortable accommodation in a great location within the old town, close to restaurants, bars, and bus stop to/from port, airport, beaches. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. Room quiet even though there were bars and restaurants outside.
− Building main entrance door couldn't be closed or would lock guests out. Bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze with no door on shower and toilet in wet space.
Stella was wonderful and accommodated all our needs. Lovely rooms in the heart of Mykonos centre.

You will find far better service and assistance at another property I’m certain
3.0Location is very good if you like being in the old town and close to restaurants, shopping and bars Fabrika bus stop is around the corner - handy for transferring to the new port and accessing beaches. The room was small but nice and would suit a maximum of 2 people with minimal luggage
− Despite contacting the property before our arrival we were provided with no information as to checkin procedures. Only through a phone call was I able to determine the precise location of the property and that the room was unlocked. Being in room 2 on the 2nd level the narrow egress with large suitcases was difficult and unsafe Air conditioner did not cool the room adequately and made a continual rattling sound. No instructions were provided for the safe which I suspect did not work anyway Minimal shower pressure if used early evening Ceiling fan did not work Bathroom was small and totally inadequate with the toilet in the shower so bin and paper saturated and 2 light fittings not working so dark at all After we noticed all the issues in the room we contacted the property manager twice but no response was received during our 3 night stay nor since Compared to many other properties we have visited throughout the Greek islands over the years this one was immensely disappointing
