Bellissimo soggiorno

Eravamo due famiglie e il soggiorno è stato stupendo. La villa è su tre piani, moderna e provvista di tutto: forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piastra a induzione, stoviglie, detergenti vari, aria condizionata, e anche giochi per bambini sia per la casa sia per il mare! È molto pulita e ha due ampie terrazze con tavolo. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti, mentre il centro di Chania è a una decina di minuti di auto. I gestori rispondono subito e si sono mostrati molto disponibili con ogni nostra richiesta. In generale siamo stati benissimo!

− Uniche pecche ma non prioritarie: il secondo bagno è al piano terra (le camere sono al primo e secondo piano) ed è strettissimo, non molto comodo; il materasso della stanza al secondo piano (senza porta, ma essendo l’unica su quel piano poco male) purtroppo è piuttosto scomodo.

Вилата е чиста,и много удобна ,включително и за деца.Домакините се бяха постарали да не ни липсва нищо по време на престоя,включително имаше играчки за децата,чадър,столчета за плажа и всичко необходимо за плажуване с деца.Кухнята е супер обурудвана.Имаше дори кафе за гостите.Близо е до плажа.

The location is good with beach at 100m and Chania city centre 15 min drive

− Well, after all the great reviews they have- unfortunately we were the unlucky ones. We arrived after the check in time and there was no one to check us in neither the key box code was provided. On calling, they said they will come in 10 min -and it turned out they were the cleaners who hadn’t made the apartment ready. We were asked to wait 15-20 min so that they could clean the apartment ( imagine how good a job they must have done) on asking for the delay they said they were just cleaning people and I need to speak to the owner company. The company representative came in a few minutes lates and instead of being humble at least was making us feel as if how can I even ask why the apartment is not ready. Well things didn’t get better much after that - bad WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher not working which after multiple follow ups was realised that they had switched off the main switch for some reason only they know , old appliances in kitchen , no welcome basket ( which has been praised in other reviews- at this point I actually asked openly where my well one basket was which I was told after reminding I will get but yes you guessed it right I didn’t) and much more. They have a paper where there is a number and name to Watsapp in case we have questions. That girl is not working with them this year and she was surprised how I got her number 😂 well anyways you get the idea.

The property is located very comfy. The beach is a minute walk from the villa and the same with the nearest mini market, fish-market, restaurants and cafes . The manager Christi is unbelievably nice , hospitable, helpful. I can t find the right words to describe how caring is Christi to the guests. Never have been hosted this way.

We loved our stay in Alisahni Villa & Suite and would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone! This place definitely deserves maximum points! The apartment is perfectly located, just a few steps from a very nice, sandy beach. Numerous small shops, as well as 2 supermarkets, restaurants - all within max 10 minutes walk. It takes less than 20 minutes by bus to get to Chania city centre and the bus stop is very close to the apartment. The surrounding is nice and quiet. Our apartment was really comfortable, very clean. We have found all kind of equipment we needed. There were also things like beach umbrella, many towels, toys, board games and books for kids prepared. And when we arrived, we've found a welcome gift, fresh flowers, local wine on the table, even bottles of water prepared in the fridge - everything prepared so perfectly, such a warm welcome! Christi was an amazing host and took care of us, checked if we may need anything, we felt almost as if we were visiting our close family :) And at the end we have even received a small gift again! Amazing!
