8.0Location: outstanding, spectacular views, close to cafes, beaches, restaurants . Great swimming. A beautiful village, our favourite on the island. Car parking- excellent Customer Service- outstanding. Zious was extremely helpful, his father was welcoming and helpful and friendly despite our lack of Greek Cleanliness- excellent. Every day a lovely lady cleaned the apartment. Property amenities- the balcony was outstanding ! The apartment was simple but sufficient. An excellent fridge, a coffee filtered machine. Great value for money. Beds- firm but we like firm bedding. Air con worked well, fans worked well, block out screens were great. Fly screens prevented mosquitoes. Umbrella on the balcony helped with the morning sun.

Stunningly situated apartments which are very well run.
9.0Beautifully situated - amazing ; our hosts, Zios and Anna, were terrific. They ensured we were comfortable and the Veranda cafe, on-site, served great food - especially the desserts. Stay there if you can.

Avlemonas as beautiful as ever, but risks becoming a 'film set'.
9.0The apartment that I stayed in was clean, new and comfortable and had all the basics. The position and view (check out the sunrise) were wonderful. The owner and staff although only around for a couple of days were great.
− The property description should clearly indicate that 'the Studio apartment' is in a completely separate, older building 50m behind the new waterside apartments with a completely different outlook. It was very early season so I was not surprised that a lot of maintenance work was being carried on around the village, but I was not expecting Avlemonas to look and sound like a building site. The locals seem to be split as to whether the improvements are all necessary.
