I’m a returning customer and it’s like coming home again. One of the homiest short-term rentals ever. Fantastic views, the privacy of your own floor in a little old house. Clean, tidy, lovely, a great West balcony and sunset views. Very lovely hostess, a family business.

− The water pressure in the shower has become very low. There’s quite a bit of street noise (traffic and music) ouside in the evenings in the busy harbor area, even as during late nights and daytime it’s a very peaceful place.

The LIVAS property is a large room with a spacious kitchenette, two balconies, and, of course, a bathroom. The location is excellent—right by the port, not far from the waterfront with restaurants. You can watch the sunset from the balcony, or even while lying in bed. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need—think of anything, look in the drawers and cabinets, and you'll definitely find it. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful. I wouldn't be exaggerating to say that this was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in during my holiday trips.

Everything was ok, the owners are kind and nice. The apartement is in the center of the city and has a stunning view over the sea and coast. Free parking near and everything you could need inside, for cooking and everything else. Ierapetra is a really nice city and this is a place to be. Thank you

Everything was great, I felt truly at home in this bright, lovely furnished and superbly decorated apartment with well though through details and touches. I loved the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and watching the sunset. Lots of good vibes. I could have stayed forever. The mother of the host lives next door and was just wonderful , supportive and very kind. Checking in was very easy. There is easy parking opposite the house and the closest sandy beach is just around the corner. So are many small restaurants and shops.

It’s in a small old renovated family owned house with a homey and cosy feel. Beautifully decorated room with a well equipped kitchen. Great location near the port and the West Beach, with fantastic views on the mountains and the sea, a balcony to the evening sun. And the hostess is wonderful. Have stayed twice and love it!

− I think the worst thing about this apartment is that it’s rarely available!
