Tolles, großes Apartment mit Meerblick
10.0Tolles Apartment, das wir bereits wiederholt gebucht haben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Herrlicher, großer Balkon! Kleinigkeiten bekommt man fußläufig direkt ums Eck und zwei große Supermärkte (u. a. Lidl) sind in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hübsche und leckere Tavernen befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Drei schöne Strände vor der Tür sowie ein großer Parkplatz. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der immer erreichbar ist und auch regelmäßig fragt, ob alles ok ist oder man irgendetwas braucht. Herzlichen Dank, Antonis! Wir verbinden dort Arbeit (in Chania) und Urlaub miteinander. Dafür ist das Apartment perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
− Nichts! Man könnte anmerken, dass die Apartments dicht beieinander liegen und man daher die Nachbarn grundsätzlich hört, wenn sie da sind. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren alle Apartments auf unserer Etage belegt und die Gäste allesamt rücksichtsvoll, so dass es uns nicht gestört hat. Sollte man allerdings lauten und rücksichtslosen Nachbarn begegnen, könnte es anstrengend werden, da das Schlafzimmer bspw. direkt am Balkon des Nachbarapartments liegt. Der wunderbare Balkon hat noch mehr Nutzungspotential: Loungemöbel oder zusätzlich zwei Liegen wären bspw. super.

10.0It is our second year in Xenios Dias, everything was perfect as always! The apartments are newly furnished, spacios with everything you need for your stay (cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, washing machine, etc.). The location is top - next to three beaches, park for running and walking, playground, variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop to Chania city center is 200 m away. One of the beaches (the closest one) is perfect for small children. Antonis is amazing host - he recommended restaurants and places to eat, was attentive and helpful! The communication with him was effortless and effective.

10.0It’s pretty big apartment with everything necessary available. Mini market is next door, selection of great restaurants in less than 2 minutes walk, the beach is great for the families with kids. The host is always available and answers the questions in minutes. Best experience for families

10.0We’ve been visiting Crete for the past seven years, and this is by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and only a few minutes from Chania. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and furnished with brand-new furniture. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, electric stove, washing machine, and all cooking essentials. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed. The host speaks excellent English, is incredibly kind and attentive, gave us great local recommendations, and even offered daily housekeeping. We couldn’t have asked for more.
