− Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον 2ο οροφο χωρις ασανσερ. Ενω ειναι ξεκαθαρο στην περιγραφη, οι στενες σκαλες ισως δυσκολεψουν επισκεπτες με ογκωδεις και βαριες αποσκευες.
