10.0Everything was great. Super clean and brand new furniture. There was a parking right in front of the apartment. Shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located and equipped apartment just a stone's throw away from beautiful beaches!
10.0We were met at the property by Ms. Litsa, a very warm and welcoming host. She handed us the keys and demonstrated how everything worked such as TV etc, and she was very helpful and kind. The fridge was stocked with cool water which was very welcome on a hot day! Coffee pods, sugar and milk was provided. Toiletries were plentiful and the modern conveniences such as cooker, aircon, washing machine were all in fine working order and we felt very comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed was just the right firmness level so we enjoyed a good sleep. Beaches are plentiful and only a few metres away! Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby serving delicious Greek food, pizzas and our favourite seafood! We hoped we could stay for longer and we will definitely stay again with Ms. Litsa and Mr. Nikos when we are in Peramos.
Nice beach front apartment
7.0The apartment is nice and clean. On the beach front. There is parking off the street, so your car should be safe.
− The apartment was too expensive for this time of the year. We were there in the first days of May. The weather and the water were still cold and many attractions (for kids) were not opened, yes. The beach was still not cleaned by the town services. That’s why the 100 euro per night price is too much for the out of season period.
