Great location, with lots of taverna’s on your doorstep or you can watch the sunset from the balcony. Less than ten minu
10.0The location is perfect, with the beach about 3 min walk and the restaurants right at your door. The front balcony has a bench seat and 2 chairs and is a perfect spot for morning coffee or pre dinner drinks , just watching the world go by. This apartment is above Alexandros Taverna , but is very quiet once you close the French doors , which are double glazed. It has air conditioning in the living area and also the double bedroom. It has a washing machine and iron , plus a full kitchen. The living area has a full sized dining table and a large corner couch.This would have to be our favourite place to stay in Greece.

10.0The apartment was perfect, large living area, really nice kitchen, lovely bedroom, good shower and bathroom and a great balcony with fantastic views. The perfect place to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Perfect location for exploring Paros and great for bars, restaurants and walking through the white backstreets of Parika and the old port. We would highly recommend staying here. Filippos made the check in and out seemless.

9.0Apartment was very clean, and cannot beat the great location right above a restaurant on the water, very close to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the port. Plenty of room in the apartment and the view and balcony were amazing.
− During the high season I can imagine it would be a little loud at night until bars close but with earplugs had no issues sleeping.

10.0We had a great stay at Parikias Seaside House. The location was great and our host was very helpful with check-in & check-out. We would cetainly stay again if visting Paros in our next trip to Greek islands.
