The vibe was nice but it felt like it hadn’t been looked after.
3.0The garden/terrace was nice; the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The main room was spacious. The shower was powerful. Was nice to have the cafe on site and the food and drinks there were tasty.
− Only superficially cleaned (there were dead bugs in the saucepans, none of the crockery was clean); quite a lot was broken (bathroom window, mosquito nets); only one of the beds were made up when we got there - the others were unmade and very small. The property is little way out of Zia with challenging parking and you can’t see the famed Zia sunset from there. The property was very noisy at night. The advertised free champagne was not provided. The bins weren’t taken out and loo roll wasn’t restocked. The kitchen was very small - you couldn’t have two people in there. Quite expensive for what it was.
