he demanded a security deposit of 400 USD for my stay .

− the building itself was ok but the room he gave me was far from what i actually booked based on the pictures . he made me wait almost 3 hours from 2pm to 5pm for check in process . he charged me 70 Gel for airport shuttle but i understood later that the real cost is 20 gel . i dont think its nice to charge your client extra left and right for different reasons like extra towel .

Unacceptable service, false advertising, and billing issues

− Save your time, money, and nerves by staying far away from this establishment. What you see online is definitely not what you get—the reality is a massive disappointment compared to their marketing photos.The customer service is atrocious, and the staff treats guests with total disrespect. On top of that, they engage in shady billing practices, aggressively trying to charge my card while attempting to cancel the booking. Their solution to all of this stress was a pathetic 10% discount. Completely unprofessional and deceitful. Book somewhere else!

Avoid this place at all costs.False Advertising: The property is a major disappointment compared to the misleading marketing photos.Rude Staff: The customer service is non-existent. Staff are unprofessional and disrespectful.Shady Billing: They aggressively tried to charge my credit card while attempting to cancel my reservation.Poor Recovery: Their only solution to these major issues was an insulting 10% discount.
