Good place, but could be great with some improvements
7.0Great apartment, it has everything you need plus a great view. The neighbourhood is nice, not too busy or touristy and there's some good restaurants.
− When we arrived the room wasn't very clean, there was hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well either and the shower doesn't drain very well. The bathroom is a bit of a death trap, the door handles are not attached and fall off when you try to use them. Since the only way of opening the bathroom door from the inside is by pulling the door handle, that can create a scary situation if you're alone. When it's windy the draught can make the door close by itself. The studio is situated next to the lift, which can be quite noisy. It's not too bad at night, but if you want to go to bed early it can be quite bothersome. The bed is very squeaky as well. If you want to want to enjoy the balcony, dry your laundry there or keep the balcony doors open, know that your neighbour might be smoking (and coughing) near continuously. This was the case when we were staying there, during the 4 days we stayed. It's not something the owner can help ofcourse (except maybe ask the neighbour to smoke on the other side of their balcony), but it's something to take into consideration when chosing this place.
It took me a few days to know the facility.
7.0Instruction is clear and easy to follow
− No instruction in the room to guide you after you enter the room.
Amazing balcony, the owner could upgrade the facilities
8.0Amazing balcony and amazing location!
− The facilities could have been more upgraded for the price range. It didn’t even have an Nespresso machine or smart TV to connect to Netflix, for example. Beds and pillows very medium qualities.
Good value for your money. We would stay there again.
