Eine Herberge in Hafennähe - zentral, aber nicht ruhig
4.0Die Vermieterin Rediana hat uns in Empfang genommen.
− Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hafenpromenade, nur getrennt durch Straße und Außengastromie. Neben der Unterkunft verläuft eine Straße, die de facto eine Umfahrung der Fußgängerzone darstellt und entsprechend frequentiert wird. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Fußgängerweg. Dementsprechend ist das Geräuschniveau insbesondere auch in der Nacht recht hoch. Es handelt sich um einen renovierungsbedürftigten Altbau mit geringer Schallisolierung. Der Name "Casa Blue Sea View - Phillian Collection" vermittelt einen Anspruch, der den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten nicht gerecht wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise - verglichen z.B. mit der exzellenten Unterkunft Noemia Skiathios, in der wir zuvor übernachtet haben, die aber leider ausgebucht war. Die beigefügten Bilder vermitteln einen Eindruck vom Treppenhaus (der Transport größerer Koffer wird zur Herausforderung), dem Eingang zum Zimmer 101 (neben den Putzmitteln), dem Zimmer selbst und dem Bad mit Dusche ohne Vorhang und einer Stehhöhe von weniger als 2 m.
