9.0La casa è ancora più bella e accogliente di come sembra in foto, dotata dei confort necessari ma anche di tutto quello che potrebbe servire in un soggiorno, la veranda poi è fantastica, spaziosa e arieggiata, ha una piccola tettoia dove puoi godere del panorama sulla baia di Lakka, oltre che al tramonto, anche a colazione, poiché c’è un ombrellone che ti ripara dal sole forte del mattino. La posizione è ottima, sei in pieno centro nel piccolissimo borgo di Lakka ma in un contesto tranquillo e poco rumoroso. È vero, come avevo letto, che l’arredamento sembra un po’ datato, ma secondo me è perfettamente in linea con quello che è il contesto dell’isola, non sembra vecchio, è tipico!!!!! La comunicazione con l’host è stata efficiente e semplice, anche se all’inizio non riuscivamo a trovare il posto per mancanza di connessione, ma basta chiedere ai negozianti del posto che sono persone super gentili e ben felici di aiutarti.
− Se dovessi consigliare dei miglioramenti proporrei sicuramente le zanzariere anche alle finestre (alle porte ci sono già e anche in bagno), un piccolo investimento sulla doccia perché è davvero troppo piccola ed il pavimento del bagno è sempre tutto bagnato, ed un materasso un po’ più confortevole, troppo morbido e ci sprofondi dentro. Sono solo dei piccoli consigli per migliorare ancora di più il soggiorno ma posso assicurare che si sta davvero bene anche così!

A fair value Studio with a superb terrace.
8.0Self catering, good terrace really good views, Studio well appointed everything you basically need.
− We are in our 70's so the stairs for carrying luggage up to a roof top studio were difficult for us, the host never appeared and there was no help available for us. We managed. A good stopover and intro into Lakka.
Perfect location excellent value and lovely communicative hosts.
