7.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist toll.
− Aus den Toiletten hat es doch stark aufgrund des Kanals gerochen, die Türen schließen zum Teil nicht richtig. In einer Nacht war der Kanalgeruch wirklich sehr intensiv. Irreführend ist auch, dass in der Beschreibung steht, dass es einen Parkplatz "inklusive" gebe. Parken muss man jedoch auf einem öffentlichen. Alle Autos dicht an dicht! Dieser ist sehr voll, das Aus- und Einparken kann sich als äußerst schwierig gestalten! Übrigens ist ein Parkplatz, der ein öffentlucher ist, kein garantierter!

10.0impeccable cleanliness, the room and kitchen equipped with absolutely all the necessary appliances including a coffee maker with capsules, toaster, iron with table, mosquito sprays, etc. The very welcoming host welcomed us with a bottle of wine, one of juice, one of water and coffee capsules. At other locations where I stayed I didn't really give it a ten, because it meant perfection, but here I can really give it a 10+. Upon departure the host gave us a small gift, a superb gesture.

10.0We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had a huge outside patio area as well as a balcony off the bedroom. The welcome from start to finish was exceptional. Comfy bed, full size kitchen, great shower.
