10.0Quiet location, spacious house, roofed parking. The hosts were really helpful. Marvelous garden! Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.

9.0Wir wurden sehr nett an unserem Feriendomizil empfangen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Zum Strand und Tavernen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Trotzdem liegt KIKI Stegna schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Wunderbar fanden wir den Garten und die vielen Möglichkeiten ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Bei Fragen waren unsere Vermieter schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar.

Hôte accueillant et très synthétique dans la présentation et le fonctionnement de la maison. Très bel espace extérieur.
8.0Distance avec les centres d’intérêts (plage et restaurants) moins de 200 mètres. Très beau jardin bien entretenu, la climatisation dans les chambres (indispensable pendant cette période).
− Manque la climatisation dans la pièce principale car inexploitable de 10h à 18h.
Alloggio in zona strategica
10.0La struttura è a 220 dal mare con una piccola salita abbastanza pendente ma fattibile. In sostanza è una struttura di tipo villa dove è ancora in costruzione il secondo piano. Per arrivarci è stato un po' difficoltoso ma poi con una telefonata con il proprietario abbiamo risolto. La casa è accogliente arredata in modo essenziale ma efficiente. Aria condizionale presente nelle due camere da letto e un bellissimo giardino che gira intorno a tutta la casa, e composto da diverse aree attrezzate con tavoli, sedie , lettini con ombrellone e anche 2 docce. Per visitare tutta l'isola Stegna è una località strategica
− Non è presente Condizionatore nella sala principale dove vi è la cucina e due lettini e dove è complicato utilizzarli per il troppo caldo. Se mi posso permettere, consiglio ai proprietari di installare un condizionatore facendo pagare la quota consumi agli ospiti. Ho messo il massimo dei voti perché complessivamente i benefici sono di gran lunga superiori alla mancanza del condizionatore.

− Wi-Fi non stabile, spesso mancava la connessione. Nel paese la rete mobile è scarsa e il Wi-Fi diventa fondamentale per connettersi. Mancanza di aria condizionata nella sala principale che diventava bollente. Uno dei nostri figli ha dovuto dormire lì ed il caldo era insopportabile. Dotazione cucina limitate
