5.0Access to the house was challenging, and communication with the manager felt rushed and unwelcoming, lacking any sense of hospitality. While the room was newly furnished, it was not properly cleaned. Even basic essentials like fresh toilet paper were missing. On the positive side, the sheets and towels appeared clean.

8.0Claire arranged for someone to drop off keys when we arrived. Timing was perfect. We were on bicycles and booked while on the road, knowing we'd be in the area soon. The place was just what we needed, and when we left, Claire was super-helpful with understanding train timetables so we could continue our journey.
