10.0La casa veramente incantevole dotata di ogni comfort, la vista non ha paragoni. Veramente non c’è niente che non andava.
− La nota negativa sé proprio la vogliamo trovare, potrebbe essere la posizione ma dipende tutto da quello che uno vuole fare a fiume, comunque le prime spiagge sono a 15’ di macchina.

10.0Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca 15 Minuten bis zum ersten Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und die Möbel sind neu und hochwertig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
− Ich empfehle, einen Schwamm zum Spülen des Geschirrs oder einfach nur, um einmal über den Esstisch bzw die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche zu wischen, bereit zu legen.

10.0Ambiente der Wohnung, sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, prima Kontakt zu Vermietern, bequemes Bett, herrliche Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, Nähe zum Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen, persönlicher Parkplatz, in Küche alles vorhanden, Nähe zu schönen Ausflugszielen
− Ein Hinweis, dass das Schlafzimmer innenliegend und ohne Aussenfenster ist, wäre evtl sinnvoll
