Great location, disappointing apartment state

The apartment's location was fantastic. We could easily walk to the beach and there was a convenient store nearby. The Wi-Fi and TV were great amenities. Two AC units worked great and managed to cool the apartment

− While the apartment offered ample space, we were initially disappointed by several aspects. The outdoor areas, particularly the yard and terrace, were in a state of disrepair. The yard was overgrown with weeds and the terrace lacked adequate shading, making it uncomfortable to sit outside during the day, especially considering the apartment's south-facing orientation. Despite the apartment's overall cleanliness, we noticed spiderwebs in various corners and on windows. The lack of mosquito nets on some windows and doors contributed to issues with insects, particularly mosquitos and bugs. The kitchen appliances were outdated and lacked modern conveniences like a dishwasher. The knives were dull and there were no tools for sharpening them. The furniture, especially in the smaller bedroom, was worn and uncomfortable. The beds in the smaller room were particularly poor quality, consisting of cheap, spongy mattresses that made it difficult to get a restful sleep. The bathroom, while small, was further impacted by a musty-smelling shower curtain. While we ultimately decided to stay due to having paid in full upfront, we believe that with some minor improvements, such as better maintenance of the outdoor areas, updated kitchen appliances, and more comfortable furniture, the apartment could offer a much more enjoyable experience.

Calm place to relax after a good party in Zrce :)

Close to zrce and also to gajic’s beach and pretty calm area to relax. Helpful, flexible and friendly owner. Beds were pretty confi.

− Balcony benches without roof. Maybe it would make sense to put roof above balcony table and chairs in order to protect from sun and be able to drink and eat there during the day.

The property can improve but I would choose if I back to the island .

The location was very good as it was near to the beach in a quiet place. Nice terrace with a big barbacue. Air conditioner worked perfect .

− It wasn’t totally clean but enough to leave a few fayas . There is not a spare gas bottle to cook . You still can use the electrical clicker but is so slow as it is one .
