The swimming pool apartment is very new with all new furniture. Big and beautiful boxspring bed, IPTV, air-condition. The kitchenette has washing machines, coffee machines, a water cooker, microwave. The bathroom is modern and has a walk-in shower. Apartman has direct access to the patio around the swimming pool, lounge chairs, table and chairs. Wir fahren dort schon seit 2003 hin und diesmal hatte ich mit meiner Schwester ein Appartement und ich war vollstens zuf

Es gibt: Föhn, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Hygieneartikel im WC, (normale Klotüre beim Badezimmer) Handtücher, Balkon, mit Aussicht über Jadranovo. In diesem Haus ist man sozusagen ganz oben am Hügel und es gibt einen Weg durch das kleine Waldstück Strand - Weg ca 4 min, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz, Küche mit allen Utensilien und groß, Kühlschrank groß mit Tiefkühlfach, WLAN funktioniert sehr gut Das Personal war auch herzlich hat alles über WhatsApp funktioniert. Check out Schlüssel habe ich dann beim Apartment im schloss stecken lassen (außen) und ein Foto noch per WhatsApp übermittelt.

Chorwacja obecnie to jednorazowy temat. Raz można się naciąć ale drugi raz.

Bardzo przeciętny standard. Ale było czysto i wszystkie urządzenia działały

− Brudny sufit popękane ściany w sypialni, odkryte gniazdko elektryczne w kabinie prysznicowej. Niemalże zerowy kontakt z gospodarzem. Kiedyś gospodarz przynosił butelkę wina albo inny poczęstunek dzisiaj e pokoju draże i jakieś cukierki z marketu. Pani dała nam klucze wyjaśniła co do czego służy. Na koniec przyjęła klucze. Nawet jeśli teraz to takie obyczaje w Chorwacji to już tam nie pojadę. Droga na plażę to przeprawa przez chaszcze których nikt nie przycina. Pod schodkami tej ścieżki na plażę, gruzowisko świadczące o niechlujstwie. Basen to to jakaś makieta raczej stosowna na mały balkon. Kolejny problem to brak gniazdek i w sypialni i w kuchni. Ogólnie gdyby to miejsce kosztowało 100 eur to byłoby do zaakceptowania. Jednak 200 eur to kosmiczna odległość między jakością i ceną Za te pieniądze w Toskanii czy w Grecji ma się luksusowy apartament do dyspozycji.

Erholsame Tage in Strandnähe

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Mutter des Vermieters. Verständigung auf italienisch/schwedisch/englisch mit ihr möglich. Sehr sauber und generell gepflegte Anlage, inkl. Pool. Tolle Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit Vermieter. Zu Beginn gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem TV. Wurde schnell gelöst und als Überbrückung auch zusätzliche Optionen bereitgestellt. Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut, das ein oder andere Köchenutensil könnte noch ergänzt werden (Schenidebrett) aber wir haben uns damit gut arrangiert. Der Pool kann den ganzen Tag genutzt werden, die Sonne ist bis auf am ganz frühen morgen, den ganzen Tag präsent. Liegen am Pool sind super. An dieser Unterkunft hat man Ruhe. Es war für uns sehr erholsam. Den Strand erreicht man sehr schnell, dort kann man ebenfalls liegen mieten zu einem nicht sehr günstigen Kurs. Haben wir drauf verzichtet.

− Das Badezimmer ist schön, aber eine Herausforderung:-) Ein Duschvorhang wäre toll und eine kleine Barriere am Boden auch. Zudem ein Spiegelschrank anstelle eines Spiegels. Stauraum fehlt für das übliche Zeug im Bad und der fehlende Vorhang sorgt dafür, dass es auch der Behälter der WC Bürste frisches Wasser hat (daher diesen rechts vom WC platzieren) Das Bodentuch haben wir vor dem Bad hingelegt, um die Füße beim raus gehen abzutrocknen. Wir konnten uns mit der Situation arrangieren, gaben unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge an den Vermieter weiter. Tipp für den Einkauf: meidet den örtlichen kleinen Supermarkt. 1. Völlig überteuert und 2. Wenn die kein Wechselgeld haben, dann kann man als Kunde in die röhre gucken.
