9.0lokacija super če greš v terme, čist in prostoren apartma, prijazni lastniki
− kuhinjska plošča je potrebna posodobitve ker porabiš ogromno časa, da nekaj skuhaš, je zeloo počasna, pa komarniki bi bila dobra pridobitev, ker je zaradi bližine gozda in vode komarjev res ogromno

10.0Lokacija izvrsna, točno preko puta toplica. Apartman uređen s ukusom, moderan, s udobnim i čini se nivim namještajem. Domaćin vrlo susretljiv i nenametljiv. Komunikacija se odvija s lakoćom. Ostvaren je popust za ulaznice u toplice preko domaćina.

10.0New and clean, high standard apartments. Flats are well equipped. Owner is very helpful and nice. Restaurant on the other side of the street is additional bonus. San Martin is located close to north Croatian border, which makes it a great point for mid journey stop when travelling to / from Croatian seaside from Poland.
