Domacini su predragi i ljubazni, apartman je prostran i ugodan, lokacija je mirna i blizu rive. Parking je odmah ispred apartmana. Sve preporuke!

Tutto, I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e hanno cura di ogni dettaglio. Alzarsi la mattina ed avere il mare davanti è meraviglioso. La pulizia e' impeccabile, in casa c'era tutto e anche di piu per una perfetta vacanza...incluso pacchetto completo per pay tv nel caso ci siano bambini(nostro caso). L'auto è paecheggiata proprio davanti a casa...supercomodo. È stata una esperienza molto positiva che ci ha fatto apprezzare ancora di piu la permanenza a Lussinpiccolo. Consigliatissimo

The owners were super nice. The whole family welcomed us on our arrival. We spent the Easter holiday there. On Easter Sunday, they brought us traditional food to taste, which was very tasty. We would love to come back.

The apartment was much better than we expected, its furnitures were upgraded since the photos was taken, so we got a much better value. We were satisfied with the equipment, we found everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is quite good, we could reach the city center/harbour in a 10-15 minutes walk, and there is a good playground for children in a few minutes walk. For the better beaches car is needed, but the nearest ones are also acceptable.

− The only thing we missed is a gate at the top of the stairs and a denser railing. We have little children and we couldn't let them play on the balcony, since it was unsafe for them, it was very easy for them to fall down from the stairs.
