10.0Innanzitutto la signora Maja, persona gentilissima. La posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge. Parcheggio a 5 metri dalla camera. Privatezza.

7.0Blick von Gemeinschaftsterrasse. San Marino ist eine schöne Ecke.
− Zu klein und wenig Privatsphäre, da Terrasse im Eingangsbereich zu anderen Wohnungen und am Parkplatz. Das gilt nur für die kleinste Wohnung mit Blick auf Innenhof. Morgens hört man die Gespräche mit den ankommenden und abfahrenden Gästen der anderen Wohnungen. Ausstattung ok aber nicht sehr schön und veraltet für den Preis.
