Super sauberes und top ausgestattetes Appartement

Die Lage zum Wasser (ca 150-200m) zu Fuß ist gut, es geht ein kleines Stück ganz leicht bergab Das Appartement ist von der Ausstattung und Modernität das beste gewesen was wir bisher hatten. Man findet in der Küche eigentlich fast alles wie zuhause um sich normal versorgen zu können. Ein paar Geschirrspültabs waren dort, Seife vorhanden, wir konnten sogar 1x die Waschmaschine anwerfen und waschen. Der Balkon ist klein aber fein, Markise vorhanden und gemütliche Balkonmöbel zum hinsetzen. Die Besitzerin ist eine super liebe, herzliche Frau, vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft 🙂🤝. Bitte weiter so, wir haben uns absolut willkommen und im Appartement wohl gefühlt. Ich mag es so sehr wenn Menschen herzlich und einladend sind, auch die Wohnung selbst wirkte liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war blitzeblank sauber. Es wirkte fast wie Ersteinzug😍.

− Das einzig negative waren 2 Dinge. Zum einen sind die Betten ultrahart (wahrscheinlich weil noch relativ neu) und das 2. aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, die Familie über uns glich einer Elefantenfamilie. Den Appartementbesitzern kann man keinen Vorwurf machen denn sie wollen natürlich allen ermöglichen, Urlaub zu machen und Kinder sind immer etwas lauter. Allerdings muss man den Eltern bei Ankunft sagen dass diese auch ihrem Erziehungauftrag nachkommen müssen und bei den Kindern darauf achten dass diese nicht den halben Tag komplett quer durch die Wohnung rennen/trampeln und Ruhezeiten wenigstens von 10 Uhr abends bis 8 Uhr morgens einhalten. Darauf hinzuweisen ist in vielen Appartements ein Problem. Aber man kommt in den Urlaub um sich zu erholen.

Apartman je cist i udoban , opremljem sa svim sadrzajima .Silvana je ljubazna i susretljiva, plaza je blizu, opet bi se vratili 😊

Apartament Ledo zachwycił nas już od pierwszej chwili – jest pięknie urządzony, komfortowy, bardzo przestronny i nieskazitelnie czysty. Na żywo wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Kuchnia jest doskonale wyposażona. Wygodne meble na balkonie sprawiały, że chętnie spędzaliśmy tam czas relaksując się przy porannej kawie lub wieczornym odpoczynku, ciesząc się ciszą i spokojem. Ogromnym atutem tego miejsca jest właścicielka – niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i zaangażowana. Zadbała o to, abyśmy mieli wszystko czego potrzebujemy i czuli swobodnie i komfortowo jak w domu. Lokalizacja jest doskonała. W niewielkiej odległości znajduje się ładna plaża z drobnym żwirkiem i placem zabaw dla dzieci oraz nadmorski deptak idealny na wieczorny spacer. Do centrum Rogoznicy również jest niedaleko. W okookolica oferuje wiele ścieżek pieszych i tras rowerowych. W apartamencie Ledo spędziliśmy wspaniały czas i z pełnym przekonaniem możemy go polecić. To jedno z tych miejsc, do których chce się wracać.

Very nice and clean place with contemporary furniture, fully equipped kitchen with full size dishwasher, washing machine becomes handy for longer stay. Good size balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. Quiet street. Parking space belongs to the apartment and it is well marked, so nobody can grab it from you and you don't need to juggle with cars to move in or out, like other places.

− Supermarkets are a bit far for bigger shopping, so you need a car, but there are footpaths in the olive groves where you can find shortcuts by Google Maps to the nearest Tommy supermarket

Everything was great; I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the interior and of course the location. The host Silvana is very kind and provides every informarion you need to know.

Great apartment close to beautiful beaches with a fantastic host Silvana. We really enjoyed our stay.
