A tastefully furnished apartment, equipped with all the necessary appliances, where every detail has been carefully considered to ensure the guests' coziness and comfort. The building is situated on a hill, and although the apartment is on the first floor, I enjoyed a wonderful view from the terrace overlooking the sea, the beautiful town, and that yellow rose in the garden. At the same time, a short walk down the stairs leads directly to the seaside promenade, the sights of Opatija, and various restaurants and bars. Check-in and parking were very easy thanks to the video instructions sent by Goran, who is a wonderful host. It was such a relaxing stay that I didn't want to leave.

A very kind and helpful host. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine in the fridge – thank you. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The host gave us useful tips for exploring the area and also helped us over the phone to find the location. Beautiful view from the terrace. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Everything in the apartment is new; it’s clear that it was recently renovated with great care.

− The accommodation is located on a hillside, so it is not accessible on foot from the city center for elderly people, as there are many stairs. The parking space is about 50 meters from the accommodation, but you have to go up a very steep road, which is exhausting for older guests. The sofa bed in the apartment was slanted and uncomfortable. Although there was another fold-out bed in the living room, it was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep on. I would recommend this accommodation for young couples, as the bed in the bedroom was large and comfortable. Since the apartment is small, it would be helpful to remove unnecessary decorative items, as guests have to navigate around them (e.g., the floor vase).

Auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick war es wunderbar, das selbst zubereitete Frühstück zu genießen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Appartement ist insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war blitzsauber. Der Vermieter gab uns tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Da man etwas oben am Berg wohnt, ist es schön ruhig, ohne den Trubel, oder Verkehr aus dem Ort. Besonders angenehm war für uns, dass das Auto auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz stehen konnte und man es gar nicht gebraucht hat, um in den Ort mit zu kommen. Ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand und in den schönen Ort geht es einen Fußweg den Hang hinunter. Natürlich ist es auch möglich, die Straße runter mit dem Auto zu fahren. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt :-).

Wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Für mich als Einzelperson hervorragend. Vor allem hab ich den kleinen Balkon sehr genossen.

− Der Parkplatz ist zwar auf einem Privatgelände, aber unter einem Baum. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal eine Abdeckplane mitnehmen, weil das Auto sehr dreckig geworden ist.
