10.0The apartment was very very clean, spotless really, with a nice smell as we walked in. It is also comfy, cozy and spacious. The AC in the living room cools down the whole apartment very well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a dolce gusto coffee maker. (Don’t forget to buy capsulses in Zadar, we couldn’t find any in Iz.) It was truly the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful holiday in Iz. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, she waited us with home-made snacks and drinks, and offered fruits later on, during our stay. Such a lovely lady! We had an amazing stay, 5 star accomodation, thanks so much! We would love to come back!

A genuine get away from it all venue
7.0This property is hidden away overlooking Mali Iz and you can walk down to the small harbour for food and drink which is lovely. There are 300 sets and track to negotiate so not for the faint hearted. The views of the sea from the balcony were also gorgeous and this was really the space to live as it is quite dark inside. Everything you need is there. Watch out for the shower which is temperamental. The family who own the property live below and they are eager to help, full of smiles and generous in making your stay one to remember.
− The view from the balcony was lovely as you looked out to sea. If you looked at the immediate surroundings there’s a lot of stuff that has been left which is a bit like a building site. If it is really hot outside getting cool enough to sleep in the bedroom is a challenge. There is air conditioning in the main room.
