Trevlig, avslappnande och bemötandet var på topp
9.0Bra läge, trevlig gästbemötande, stor balkong, fint städat. Vi fick välkomstpaket som vin, kaffe, juice… Vi fick extra handdukar, lakan efter fem dagar.
− Internet var inte så bra men de förklarade att de inte kan göra någonting åt det utan att det är staten som beslutar t.ex att inte låta de ha antenner i Štinjan.

10.0Tutto bene Ottima posizione per visitare Pola, spiagge e paesini nei dintorni.restando fuori dalla confusione. Un'oasi tranquilla. Il proprietario gentile ci ha dato indicazioni per visitare la zona.
− Purtroppo c'erano dei lavori sulla strada, ma non c'entra con l'alloggio che per le mie esigenze andava benissimo

1.0The host seemed nice and it had AC.
− It appeared to be a garage that had been converted into a studio apartment. The shower was leaking, the toilet seat was broken, the floor was dirty, and there were spider webs throughout the room. While I wasn't expecting luxury, I was still very disappointed by the overall condition of the property. I find it unacceptable to rent out accommodation in such a state and charge guests for it. As a landlord myself, I could never do that.

10.0I had an excellent stay at this property. The accommodation was comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was great and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Everything was exactly as described, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated how clean and well-equipped the accommodation was. The owner responded immediately to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
