10.0Die Lage ist einfach perfekt für uns. Über eine Straße ist man gleich auf der Promenade neben dem Meer. Es gibt viel Grün zum Spazieren gehen mit unserem Hund!

8.0Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Alle Küchenutensilien sind ebenso vorhanden, wie eine Waschmaschine und ein Fernseher. Vom kleinen Balkon aus kann man den vorgelagerten Park und da Meer sehen. Sehr praktisch ist natürlich der private Stellplatz. Der Plodine, der Hafen und viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
