Terrible accommodation, great location

The Location.

− Unfortunately, the accommodation differs significantly in several respects from what we had reason to expect based on the description and the photos when we made the booking. We paid a total of €744 for five nights for four people. However, given the numerous shortcomings, we do not consider this price to be justified. We identified the following problems: – Both shower heads are broken and the drain is faulty. – There is a strong musty or mouldy smell throughout the accommodation. – The walls have visible cracks. – The air conditioning and the ventilation in the bathroom are heavily polluted and unhygienic. – The outdoor area is also in a poor and, in places, unsafe condition. The steps are dilapidated, crooked and uneven. We wouldn’t complain if the problem were simply that it isn’t very tidy or modern. However, we have serious health and hygiene concerns and paid a significant amount of money for our stay. We have documented all the defects with photos and videos and we can’t recommend this accommodation.

La posizione sicuramente,per raggiungere il mare. L'appartamento era dotato di aria condizionata L'ambiente era pulito e i letti pronti Per cucinare c'è il minimo indispensabile

− L'appartamento era raggiungibile da una scala stretta e ripida in discesa. C'era a disposizione uno spazio esterno raggiungibile a sua volta da una scala ripida e lo spazio era mal tenuto, i tavoli sporchi e il verde lasciato andare. Il boiler per l'acqua calda è durato due giorni per i successi 3 docce fredde. Uscendo da casa, risalita la scala, per tre giorni abbiamo avuto un macchina che ci bloccava il passaggio per uscire in strada. A parte il primo giorno dell'arrivo non siamo più riusciti a trovare nessuno del personale.

Nothing, it is a scam.

− This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We booked an apartment for five people with two bathrooms. When we arrived, the person who welcomed us, Milac, immediately started making disrespectful comments about previous Spanish guests, saying they spoke poor English. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that his own English was very difficult to understand. He then informed us that the apartment we had booked was supposedly being renovated and that we would have to stay in a completely different apartment instead. We were never informed of this in advance, nor were we asked to accept the change. The replacement apartment was far worse than what we had booked. It only had one bathroom instead of two, which was a major inconvenience for a group of five people. More importantly, one member of our group has multiple sclerosis, and the apartment was completely inaccessible and unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. This caused significant stress and discomfort. When I complained, Milac refused to leave the apartment. Even worse, while one of my friends was changing clothes in a bedroom, he entered the room without permission. Despite clearly seeing that she was naked, he refused to leave immediately. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The extra charges were equally outrageous. We were charged €12 for towels, which were tiny, old, and one of them even had a hole in it. We were also charged €7 for water, but when I asked where it was, I was simply told to drink tap water instead. This property bears little resemblance to what was advertised. Being moved to a different apartment without notice, receiving inferior accommodation, the inappropriate behavior of the host, and being charged for poor-quality or nonexistent amenities made this feel like a complete scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The apartment was really uncomfortable wand ugly.
