The location and the villa itself where fantastic , the host was friendly and communication leading up the journey was great.

− Some elements of cleanliness were overlooked (previous guests hair behind sink and a few unclean utensils)

Clean and cozy apartment in Incredibly picturesque location- like something out of a fairy tale!

It was a bit hard to find Daniele in the piazza to get the keys and find the apartment, but once we found him he was very helpful.

− Hot water tank is VERY SMALL. After one shower the water is cold.

The view was nice and interior design. Terrace was very cozy and nice but small.

− Entrance (corridor and stairs to the flat) is terrible - dark, dirty, smells terrible and little bit scary. Bad linen was not fresh and seems like not washed for a long time, the same as plates and glasses. Owner or property manager was not professional and useful. He came to flat once when nobody was there without announcing he will come and without agreement with us. Also, nobody answered the number indicated on booking as property contact number - we called 3-4 times but nobody answered or called back.
