10.0Klimaanlage hat uns den Aufenthalt bei 35 grad das Leben gerettet. Es war sauber und die Lage ist super. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz war vor der Tür vorhanden. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden.
− Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Waschmaschine, keine Information über das WLan Passwort, mussten beim Nachbarn fragen, keinen Handfeger und keinen Wischmop. Das TV Gerät hatte keine Programme empfangen und bei der Fernbedienung fehlten die Batterien. Aber gut darüber kann man gut hinwegsehen, dafür war die Unterkunft günstig von der Preisleistung.
naja...ich habe schon schöneres erlebt. Ein tourist ist kein Gast sondern eine cash cow.
5.0− ZU WENIG STAURAUM im zimmer für 3 Personen. Das Wasser der Klimaanlage fliesst in 7l Flaschen, sind schnell voll, müssen von den urlaubern entleert werden, oder man steht im wasser. Der Tisch im Aussenbereich wackelt. Fächer im Kühlschrank waren gebrochen. Sprechen kaum möglich ( kein deutsch oder englisch). Es fehlt nicht viel für ein nettes appartement Aber das stört. Nur Barzahlung! (5€ bankomatgebühr bei 300€ abhebesumme!) Zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten, ich musste in einer Böschung 100m entfernt parken.

9.0- poměr cena ubytování - majitel ochotně po zprávě přes WhatsApp doplnil potřebné věci. - vždy bylo kde zaparkovat. - majitele můžete potkat v druhém obchůdku s plážovymi věcmi směrem k moři pokud něco potřebujete - grill k dispozici
− - platba pouze v hotovosti (nejbližší bankomat v Nin pozor na drahé ATM bankomaty) - jedna velká šatní skříň bez poliček. - užší místo na parkování. - menší kuchyň na vaření. Spíše pro 3 než pro 4 lidí (u malého apartmánu) - na pláž je to asi 900m :-/
