8.0Ein einfaches Haus mit Terrasse und Garten in ruhiger Lage in einem kleinen Dorf auf dem Hügel. Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und eine große Küche/Wohnzimmer, sowie eine lauschige Nordterrasse die angenehm kühl war im Sommer, sowie die Mitbenutzung des Gartens. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und lebt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Obwohl das Haus alt ist, war alles sehr sauber und hat gut funktioniert. An heißen Tagen muss man etwas Hitzemanagement betreiben, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Praktischerweise sind alle Fenster mit Netzen gegen Insekten versehen, so dass man die Fenster offen lassen kann. Die Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Das Dorf Sveti Jakov ist sehr beschaulich. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt und nur 1 Restaurant. Man sollte also sein eigenes Auto haben. Toll ist der relativ einsame kleine Kiesstrand, der über einen Weg hinter dem Haus in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
− Wie man auf den Bildern sieht ist das Haus sehr einfach, aber das ist ok so. Alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Die Ventilatoren könnten allerdings mal erneuert werden.
