− The amenities are somewhat dated and show signs of wear and age. The house would benefit from some refurbishment in certain areas but overall it remains in reasonable condition.

10.0Super ubytovanie, priestranny k dispozicii kopec veci na varenie, grilovanie, opekanie. Bezproblemove parkovanie a umiestnenie v blizkosti akvaparku, zoo a jazera.

10.0Veľmi pekný dom klimatizovaný, síce nie najnovší, ale čistý a priestranný. Poloha výborná 5 minút pešo od aquaparku. V záhrade vybavenie na opekanie a grilovanie .
− Ešte ak by tam bola nejaká šmykľavka pre deti, alebo detské ihrisko na dvore tak by to bolo ešte lepšie.
