5.0− A fürdőszoba takarítottsága nagyon nem volt megfelelő. A fürdőkádban szőrszálak a külső oldala a wc mellett pedig gyomorforgatóan nézett ki. Mindezek mellett a padló is piszkos volt.

8.0Sétálóutcára kilátás. Belváros közelsége, parkolás az épület mögött.
− Sétálóutca fele a vaskapu éjjel-és még reggel is zárva volt. (Hátul kerülővel lehet a ház elé jutni ilyenkor.) Kisebb takarítási hiányosságok. Sajnos a mosdókagyló felett nem volt tükör.
