10.0Csendes környezet, gyerekeknek játékok a hatalmas nagy udvaron, segítőkész tulajdonos, jakuzzi amit bármikor használhattunk, minden ház előtt kis előterasz ahova szívesen kiül az ember akàr enni vagy beszélgetni.
− Ami nem tetszett, hogy a házban a pókhálótlanítás nem nagyon történt meg és hatalmas nagy pókokat csaptunk le az esték során, amikor kimerészkedtek a búvóhelyükről. És a közös nagy konyhában is fusztráló volt főzés közben a pókokat szemlélni.
