9.0Az ingatlan megközelítése, elhelyezkedése, parkolás (kiváló), maga az ingatlan rendezett, beltér is nagyon szép, jó az elrendezés.

− A lakás alatt van a mélygarázs bejárata. A bejárati kapu megérdemelné egy karbantartást. Elég zajosan nyit/zár.

6.0Kiváló helyen, fürdővel szemben. Fedett,zárt parkolás. Ágy kényelmes , új tv. Kávégép dolce gusto.
− Koszos falak, pókháló ,por sok helyen. Az ágy alá szerencsére csak ma néztünk be,egy leesett dolog miatt.. bárcsak ne tettük volna. Koszos tányérok ,poharak,evőeszközök. Mikró égett szagú, wi-fi első nap lassú, kérésre valamit tudtak rajta javítani. Fürdőszoba vízköves, penészes fuga,plafon. Klíma jól hűt,de fura szag jön belőle. Kevés odafigyeléssel, kis ráfordítással nagyon ajánlott hely lehetne. A negatív dolgok ellenére sem jöttünk el rossz szájízzel !
