Terrible and extremely bad experience

− The worst apartment i have stayed in Batam!!!! Aircon not working in both rooms and yet they refused to change room for us. Rooms, beds and towels are smelly. We had to stay 1 night in the apartment without aircon. Then they were not able to resolve the aircon issue, that's when they decided to change an apartment for us. To my horror, the next apartment is worse! Dead insects througout the apartment and the toilet bowl is green filled with algae!! I have photos to prove! Wifi also not working in the apartment. I was so ashamed to tell my local friends that i stayed i this apartment with such conditions.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.
7.0Location was good, close to many other attractions including malls and dining places. Bed and pillows were comfortable, pillow was not flat.
− However, overall cleanliness can be better. Found a used ART Kit on one of the cupboard in the big room with toilet. Speck of dust were seen around the apartment.
