− The room is different. I have shared with you the room video. You can compare the room with the room they show on your platform. Below is the room I booked. https://www.booking.com/Share-pGpwx4 Yesterday, they confirmed that the room they gave me is not the room that I booked on booking.com. They said someone has occupied my room and asked me to move into the original room on Saturday. As you can see from the video, the room is so dirty. The bedsheet, pillow, and bed cover smell like sweat. The sofa is full of smoke, dust, and dirt spots. Dust is everywhere. The door lock is easily accessible from the outside. − The images are not as in fact very different, please the crew update the images. It wasn't what I expected, but acceptable, the apartment where I was a lot of insects, which is very annoying, and the electricity was going out because it runs out and the team has to communicate to recharge it. The elevator was so tired, here are only two I can use, so I waited so long

− Not enough basic facilities, Utensils and kitchen drawers unclean Blanket for single user, not even double size Water bottle of 20ltrs given, pour as and when required on your own..
