Ok place Next to Batam center behind harris
8.0Location is great, the unit was also ok in size and design. Quite cozy and pleasant.
− The heater on top of the wc was leaking hence when you sit on the toilet, youll get wet. Its also not safe, as you will not know if the heater has some exposed wires. We suspect the sofa isnt cleaned, as we all had the same itch after sitting.

3.0The location is good with nice view, strong wind at ground area with nice weather
− The receptionist asking us to direct contact with the owner for the extra key request and giving us the contact number. We contacting via mobile phone nobody pickup after severe times, we send text via WhatsApp also no respond. The room floor ceramic tiles was pop up and make us uncomfortable to stepping, lift system is not good enough with 1 unit always at maintenance status in 3 days of staying there.
