5.0The air-conditioning is very good. Good internet speed. Good hot shower. Good quiet environment. No view, facing other building.
− It looks suspicious, dilapidated, like an old room never touch. The washroom door is broken and can't close. It's not Muslims friendly no kiblat direction and sejadah.

− Didn't give me the exact room that we originally booked,give me 2 different types of arrangement, the first one was awful the second room is horrible The room has bed bugs and roaches running around. Try to tell the owner that the room has an issue she said I'm the only person that complained about room, which is untrustworthy at all with the room conditions

− Penipu, viewnya tidak kolam renang , ada kecoa, beberapa barang disana rusak jorok , bau deposito seharusnya Cash , malah disuruh transfer dan seharusnya tertulis deposit 200.000 tapi kami di paksa bayar non tunai 30 dolar sg
Overall disappointed - unprofessional arrangement.
5.0Shops and food were nearby. Room was spacious and had access to a small kitchenette - although we were told this was an upgraded room and not what we had booked. Small gym to use. Bed was comfy. Lots of cupboard space.
− We booked this for the pool - it was a huge disappointment. Pool was grimy/dirty and not very nice to look at either. Room was VERY smelly. Fridge didn't work. Water cooler didn't work. Kettle was unusable as smelled of bleach/Milton and then made water taste of it also. Did not seem very professional - 'check in' was bizarre. A boy met us, handed us a key and walked away. As we tried to follow a doorman called us back and said we needed to take the elevator up to rooms. He literally handed key to us with no words and walked away. **To be clear this is not part of the hotel and they have no knowledge of this bookings/transactions. It's a residential apartment doing private lettings.**
