− תנור אפייה קטן תלוי על בלימה ונטוי כמעט נופל , מעל סכר בפינת האוכל. הספה בסלון ממש לא נוחה לשכיבה.

− כמה נקודות קטנות לשיפור - חסר מיקרוגל במקום או בנוסף לטוסטר אובן, חסר שלט לממיר בטלויזיה בחדר ולכן לא ניתן להפעיל נטפליקס לדוגמא
