8.0המקום מאוד נקי, יש אווירה טובה, יש מטבחון עם תנור קטן מיקרוגל, וכיריים קטנים. יש ג'קוזי שמתאים לשתיים, היה מספיק מים חמים ואפילו יותר ממה שצריך. המיטה נוחה, עם מצעים נקיים.
− יש מדרגות ספירלה קצת צפופות בכניסה. השכונה נמצאת באזור ישן ולא מאוד מטופח, אבל גם בסמוך לשכונות החדשות והיפות של אשקלון

− The narrow, steep spiral staircase up to the unit is cute and no problem for me, but it might be difficult for some people.

6.0− מאוד ישן , לא מופיע בהזמנה שאין ערוצי טלוויזיה. השרותים בתוך (בצמוד) המטבח והכניסה אליהם צרה מאוד. הכניסה לחדר דרך מדרגות מפותלות (לוליניות) צרות מאוד בקומה עליונה וגם עשויות מעץ שכמעט נופל. בקיצור מקום לא שווה. אין בכלל זרם באמבטיה.
Excellent stay, just minor details.
10.0The stay was wonderful! The place was clean and well-organized, and the host was very kind and always available. The location is just perfect, only a short 5 min driving and you’re already at the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again.
− The apartment was nice overall. Just something to keep in mind, the hot water runs out a bit quickly, and the access is through a spiral staircase.
