Last-minute bait-and-switch. Unreliable and dishonest host

− We booked this property and everything seemed fine until the very last minute. When I proactively contacted the host to check about the check-in process, they suddenly informed us that the place was fully booked.While they did offer an alternative accommodation on their own initiative, it was a major disappointment. The relocated property they provided was of a significantly lower standard and lacked the quality, comfort, and amenities of the original place we actually paid for. They used the pressure of our arrival to push us into an inferior property while keeping our money for a premium booking. This is an unprofessional and deceptive way to run a business. Do not trust this host, find a place that actually honors your reservation! Attaching pictures of the alternative location they suggested.
We are already looking forward to returning to this place again and again.

It was beautifully equipped and furnished, giving us the feeling that the owners had arranged it with great care and attention to detail. We truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into making our stay so enjoyable. The gorgeous view from the spacious balcony, the charming sea shells, and the heartwarming decoration style made our stay truly memorable.

10.0For me, the pictures did not do the apartment justice. It was larger than anticipated and the old city of Acre is easily visible from its grand balcony. The beach is just across the road too. The apartment was very spacious and there was a supermarket very close by. The only thing to note is that it may take you a little time walking to old Acre, with a couple of its beachside roads and pavements closed partway.
