Unfair Additional Charge Despite Apartment Booking

− I booked this property via Booking.com clearly under the option of an entire apartment. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the booking was only for a single room and was unexpectedly charged an additional INR 1,500 to secure the apartment.This extra charge was neither mentioned at the time of booking nor aligned with the terms presented, which I found to be unfair. The lack of transparency caused inconvenience and disappointment during my stay.I hope the property management and Booking.com review this matter seriously to ensure that future guests are not subjected to such unexpected charges.
