very kind staff, big apartment, quiet and cool building

1.0Location and surroundings
− The owner asked for 10000 advance two months before the date of stay. On the date of our arrival he called at least 10 times asking where have we reached. After reaching he made us pay in full before alloting the rooms.
Good location but upkeep suffers
5.0The location
− We got a room where the toilet light and exhaust fans were not working. The ceiling fan regulator was broken. My children could not sleep as the place had Red ants all over the room and we were forced to shift room after a struggle of an hour that too after a tiring day. Had to ask for Towels and Blakets which ideally should be in the room, the care taker couldn't understand English, was another problem. My key learning was, NEVER ACCEPT A ROOM WITHOUT INSPECTION...
Very good property but awful management
6.0Property location is great. Vegetarian North Indian restaurant just around the corner.
− Caretaker was awful. He was never reachable and there was no water in the kitchen. No toiletries were provided towels were not in very good shape. Leading the edit did not arrive as we stayed for two nights.
