Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous complex. Large balcony overlooked farmland . Such a peaceful location All in all, I would recommend

− Only a couple of downsides - A mirror near a plug socket in the bedroom would be useful for drying your hair Some of the lights on the outside stairwell were not working. A bit worrying when returning at night.

The quietness of the complex, near the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool. Well maintained grounds. Good communication with owner.

Communication with seller was poor as they only use WiFi so if your coming from GB you must use GB data till you can connect to wifi. We did think we were getting ground floor not 3rd floor.the air con sounded like a jet engine.garden view no it overlooked a water buffalo meadow.a swamp like paddock.great if your a bird watcher.the swimming pool was Nice but 150 yards away if you take the steps.if you like a day by the pool you will have to buy your own lounger and brolley take it down to the pool and take it back every time .you are not allowed in pool with out a swimming cap even if your bold.the bed was like a rock after 2days sleeping on the sofa.we spent 100 pounds on a thick mattress topper so we could sleep in comfort.then the lift broke down as I am disabled not good they did fix it .that was last the straw we moved into a hotel down the road for the last 25 days.on a plus note the WiFi was good once we had the password.they did have some good TV channels in english.it is in micon paradise resort .which is very residential. .

Will definitely stay here again. Francis and Stella were very helpful and resolved the WiFi issues very quickly.

good location and very quiet. great watching birds and animals on the land behind the flat,

− very basic cooking facilities but ok. would be useful to have an iron and hairdryer.

We have been in several flats over 19 visits to Goa some good some not so but we were both so delighted when we arrived, firstly for the really spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment, but also our lovely hosts Stella and Francis..our stay was made so enjoyable..It is a great apartment on the 3rd floor but new lifts..so very easy access, nicely painted very secure and a lovely peaceful position well away from the very busy road..lots of birds out in the woods behind..great balcony..Micon has been renovated and it looks so smart and the pool is lovely now..thank to our superb hosts

− Having to leave and come home we could have stayed so.much longer
