Patika, ka bija daudz dvieļi, tīrība, pazemes stāvvieta bija kolosāls plus, jo karstumà auto nesasila un bija ērta piekļūšana pie mājas. Bija pieejams veļas līdzeklis, kas labi noderēja, jo bijām ceturto dienu Melnkalnē. Tuvu jūrai un kafejnīcām. Lieliski.
